SHAC is a registered Housing Association established in 1977. SHAC provides permanent and temporary accommodation as well as provision of support to students, single people and couples. 

SHAC offers accommodation that meets the housing needs of Northern Ireland with over 850 high quality and affordable apartments, shared flats and houses in areas such as Belfast, Newtownabbey, Whiteabbey, Carrickfergus, Coleraine, Enniskillen and Derry.
